The Accounts Receivable Clerk role is a permanent position in the Scottsdale, Arizona area.Your responsibilities- Ensure accuracy of documents and codes- Respond to requests for information from shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holders- Enter and balance financial data in a number of ledgers while reconciling bank accounts- Ensure the mission, values, and culture of the organization are supported, conveyed and reinforced- Handle a range of basic accounting tasks using standard procedures- Communicate with clients to settle payment issues and help create a payment plan- Process payments and assemble segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP
